What we collect
If you send an inquiry, we receive the fields you submit: name, work email, organization, optional website, a description of what is changing, engagement interest, investment range, timing, optional referral, and consent. We use this only to reply about a possible engagement.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use inquiry text in advertising. Analytics events, when enabled, do not include free-text personal data.
Analytics
Privacy-conscious analytics (Plausible or an equivalent) load only when a public domain key is configured. They are designed to avoid cookies and personal identifiers. If no key is present, nothing is sent.
Spam protection
A honeypot field is present. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled when keys are configured. IP-based rate limiting is applied on the server.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if work proceeds, to administer the relationship. You can ask for deletion once a contact email is published.
Jurisdiction
The studio is based in Houston, Texas. This notice will be updated with the legal business name and any processors (email, hosting, analytics, CRM) before launch.
